Problems

My problems are that I feel cheated because I used 1500 cat food on a 5x chance for a uber and got nothing. (1500 cat food took me a long time) I have a crazed cat on level 21 and now I cant get them any higher. I cant get my normal cats any higher. Can you tell me why? And I found that Paris cat was weakened from 9000 to 5000 damage. Not trying to be annoying but just telling you my problems.
